Authorized action filed from the person signing and/or perhaps the corporation is within the Blue Sky Disposal’s individual discretion. Contractor reverses the proper to assign this Arrangement and/or delegate its obligations hereunder. If Customer sells all areas of its business enterprise, this agreement shall be honered by and bind the new pro
